Hi, I’m a Brazilian black belt with over 15 years on the mats.
The Real Story
This isn’t a blog about championships or perfect technique.
It’s about the real jiu-jitsu experience:
- The funny moments nobody talks about
- The struggles we all face
- The friendships that last forever
- The honest truth about tournament life
Who I Am
I’m not a pro athlete. I’m a regular guy with a job, a family, and a love for the gentle art.
I’ve competed, quit, come back, been injured, and learned countless lessons along the way.
From my first stripe to black belt, it was all with the same instructor — who’s now my best man at my wedding.
That’s what jiu-jitsu does.
What You’ll Find
Real stories. Not highlight reels.
Honest perspectives. No BS.
BJJ humor. Because we pay to get choked.
You don’t need to be a champion to love jiu-jitsu.
You don’t need to compete to be a “real” practitioner.
You just need to show up and keep rolling.
